Hasselblad X1D II 50C Camera, CFV II 50C Digital Back and 907X Body Unveiled

Hasselblad has unveiled its new X1D II 50C Camera, CFV II 50C digital back and 907X camera body.

The Hasselblad X1D II 50C maintains the 43.8 x 32.9mm 50MP CMOS sensor from the Mark I model and offers a larger 3.6″ touchscreen LCD. It also features a higher resolution enhanced OLED EVF with 3.69-million dots and a 0.87x magnification. “The X1D II 50C’s live view features a faster refresh rate, reduced shutter lag and black out time between frames, an improved continuous capture rate, and a startup time cut almost in half from the first generation.”

A new Hasselblad XCD 35-75mm f/3.5-4.5 zoom lens will be available for the X1D II 50C and other X-series cameras in October 2019 for $5175. Check it out here at B&H Photo.

In addition to the X1D 50C, Hasselblad also announced a new 907X body and CFV II 50C digital back.

The CFV II 50C digital back enables use with most V System cameras made from 1957 and onwards in addition to third-party technical or view cameras.

The 907X body features an X-system lens mount, along with compatibility with other Hasselblad lenses using lens mount adapters, including the H System, V System, and XPan lenses. The CFV II 50C and 907X product details, including pricing and availability, will be announced later this year.
